Refund policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after product delivery. An original sales receipt must accompany returns, and shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer.
At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or credit only.
Please note: Customized equipment’s return is subject to the manufacturer’s review of the reason for the return.
Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging. We define 'new, unaltered, and unused condition' as:

Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days, no returns are allowed.)

It must not be a special custom order item.

Items that are defective and shipped from OmniLyte or that you did not order but received from us will qualify for credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received.
